These terms govern your use of this site and your application to become a content partner of The Glow Room (“we,” “us”). By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 where required by law) and legally able to consent to create adult content where you live. A valid government ID is required before any collaboration.

2. What this is — and isn’t

This is an invitation to apply to be an independent, pay-per-view-only content partner. It is not an offer of employment. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship, and nothing guarantees you will be selected or booked.

3. Bonuses and earnings are not guarantees

Any sign-up bonuses, mini-quest tips, or codeword payouts are discretionary and promotional — they are gifts offered at our discretion, not wages, and they are separate from and on top of any session pay or revenue split later agreed in writing. Any earnings figures, calculators, or examples shown are illustrative estimates only, not a promise of income. Your exact rate and split are agreed with you in writing before any shoot. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

4. Voluntary & revocable

Participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time. No content is published or distributed without your approval of that content, and the privacy measures you request (mask, blurring, or other agreed methods) are honored. If you withdraw, you may ask us to delete your application and everything you sent.

5. Your representations

You represent that the information you provide is true, that you are the person in any ID and media you submit, that you are 18+, and that you are applying of your own free will.

6. Confidentiality

Any collaboration is governed by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Co-Performer Release, signed by both parties. Those agreements control the handling of identities, content, and confidential information.

7. Prohibited conduct

Do not submit false information, impersonate anyone, upload content you don’t have the right to share, or use this site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Glow Room is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
