18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement
Records-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement · Last updated 2026
All models, performers, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct produced by or appearing on any property operated by The Glow Room (the “Producer”) were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the depiction was created.
The Producer relies on the affirmative age verification of every performer. Before any production, each performer provides a valid government-issued photo identification, which is inspected and retained solely for age-verification and legal record-keeping purposes.
Records custodian
The original records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all materials produced by the Producer are kept by the Custodian of Records at the following location:
Custodian of Records: [Records custodian - designate before launch]
Address: [Custodian mailing address - designate before launch]
Exemption note
Content that is not produced by The Glow Room — and any depiction that does not portray actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A) — is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Any imagery shown on this recruitment site is displayed with the depicted person’s written permission and with identities obscured.
Zero-tolerance policy
The Glow Room has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors or non-consenting adults. Every collaboration begins with government-ID age verification, a signed consent record, and a signed release. Anyone found to have misrepresented their age or identity is removed immediately and reported where required by law.
