The Glow Room respects intellectual-property rights and the privacy of everyone depicted in any content. We respond promptly to valid removal requests, including notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Content removal — if it’s you

If you are depicted in content and want it removed — for any reason, at any time — contact us using the details below. We honor these requests. You never need a legal reason; your say-so is enough.

Filing a copyright notice

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a written notice that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
3. Identification of the material to be removed and where it is located;
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email);
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

Designated agent

We will act on properly submitted notices in accordance with applicable law, and we may remove content and terminate the participation of repeat infringers.
