The Session

Inside the hour.

Each session books the private suite for about an hour — and here’s the honest shape of it: only about half of that is filming at all. The rest is the good part — the sauna warming you up, the plunge, music on, getting comfortable. Think of it as a private spa afternoon that pays you. In the filming half we capture a batch of short clips, each one 1–7 minutes — starting with you stripping out of your outfit and building from there — so you walk out glowing, with a full little library from a single visit.

These are just examples — nothing here is required. You decide what you’re comfortable with, and we only ever film what you’ve agreed to. The more you do in the hour, the more you can make — but there’s no pressure, ever. Every session starts with a few minutes of just talking — that day’s plan, what’s in, what’s out — and the camera doesn’t roll until you say so. And “no” works mid-scene too, no explanation needed.

You get paid three ways. A $10 bonus when she signs everything, a $50 bonus once she does her first shoot (solo with me, or the three of us together), and an ongoing 5% of everything she earns — for as long as she’s with us.

Her pay is 100% hers — your $10, your $50, and your 5% all come out of my side, never hers. Bringing a friend only ever adds money, never splits it.

Mutual Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement

Between the Producer and the Creator · Read in full before signing

Please read this carefully. This is the confidentiality agreement you’ll be asked to sign before any session. It protects you as much as it protects me. This page is a plain copy for you to review on your own time — the version you sign will have both names and the date filled in. You’re encouraged to have your own attorney review it; signing is voluntary.

This Mutual Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of signing (the “Effective Date”) by and between [Producer — legal name disclosed confidentially at signing] (the “Producer”) and [Creator — legal name] (the “Creator”). The Producer and the Creator are each a “Party” and together the “Parties.”

1. Purpose

The Parties wish to collaborate on the creation of adult content (the “Engagement”). In the course of the Engagement, each Party will learn confidential information about the other. This Agreement governs how that information is protected.

2. Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” means all non-public information disclosed by either Party, including but not limited to:

The legal names, identities, contact details, and likeness of either Party;
The existence, nature, and details of the Engagement and the content produced;
The locations used for filming, including any studio or other venue, and the fact that content is produced there;
The identities of any other creators, models, or participants;
Schedules, methods, equipment, business practices, pricing, and financial terms;
The terms and existence of this Agreement.

3. Obligations of Both Parties

Each Party agrees to: (a) hold the other’s Confidential Information in strict confidence; (b) not disclose it to any third party without the other Party’s prior written permission; and (c) use it only for the purpose of the Engagement. The Producer specifically agrees to protect and not publicly disclose the Creator’s legal identity.

4. Venue Confidentiality (the Studio)

The Creator acknowledges that filming may take place at a privately owned commercial sauna studio (the “Studio”) used by the Parties as ordinary paying members. The Creator agrees not to disclose to the Studio, its owners, franchisees, staff, management, members, or guests — or to anyone else — the nature of the activities conducted there, without the Producer’s prior written permission. The Parties acknowledge that the Engagement is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Studio, and neither Party will represent otherwise.

5. Protection of the Creator

The Producer agrees that all content is distributed on a pay-per-view basis only, will not be published or distributed in any form without the Creator’s approval of that content, and that the Creator’s requested privacy measures (mask, facial blurring, or other agreed methods) will be honored on the agreed content.

6. Identity Records & Legal Compliance

The Parties will exchange and retain copies of each other’s government-issued photo identification as required for age verification and recordkeeping under applicable law. Such records are kept securely, used only for legal compliance, and are themselves Confidential Information under this Agreement.

7. Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include information that: (a) is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving Party; (b) was lawfully known before disclosure; (c) is independently developed without use of the Confidential Information; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law or valid court order, provided the disclosing Party gives prompt written notice where legally permitted.

8. Term & Survival

This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues indefinitely. The obligations relating to the Parties’ identities survive permanently. All other confidentiality obligations survive for five (5) years after the Engagement ends, or longer where required by law.

9. No License

Nothing in this Agreement grants either Party any ownership of or license to the other’s Confidential Information, except as needed to carry out the Engagement. Rights in the content itself are governed by the separate Co-Performer Release (ManyVids’ standard upload agreement) signed by the Parties.

10. Remedies

The Parties agree that a breach may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate, and that the non-breaching Party is entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy available at law or equity.

11. General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. It is the entire agreement between the Parties on this subject and supersedes prior discussions. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Any amendment must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
